ABOUT THE JOB

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building close relationships with our Lomography retailers, distributors and other sales partners. To succeed in this role, you need to be a driven and persuasive individual with a passion for growing sales, closing deals, developing market strategies and analysis, counterbalanced by your passion for analogue photography, and creative approach in retail marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Day-to-day management of our wholesale accounts including retailers, distributors and other sales partners
  • Administration of sales processing in collaboration with our F&A and logistics teams
  • Developing market and business strategies for China in order to achieve continuous growth in sales
  • Collaborating with our wholesale accounts on retail marketing such as special events, workshops, content creation, product customisation.
  • Create, maintain and update sales kits, marketing materials for wholesale, and other related sales tools and systems
  • Approaching and acquiring new accounts constantly in your market
REQUIREMENTS
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken). Any additional language is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in related fields (sales, business development, marketing)
  • Knowledge of Lomography and Analogue Photography is an advantage.
  • Motivated self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Interest in Arts, culture and design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding computer literacy is required.
  • Abilities to dive into data, analyze, strategize and set measurable goals.
  • Deliver results.
  • Highly dependable and detail-oriented.
